Return Policy
At Du Jour Cosmetic, we are dedicated to providing you with the best shopping experience. However, due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns once items are sold or delivered, especially if they have been opened or damaged.
Irtiza Rana Luxury Fashion House LLP is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery. If you receive a damaged product at the time of delivery, we will exchange it. To initiate this process, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via phone or email at customercare@dujourcosmetic.com.
Exchanges will only be processed under the following conditions:
– A mandatory unboxing video is required to verify any damage claim.
– Claims must be submitted within 48 business hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will be rejected.
– All exchange requests are subject to review and approval by Du Jour Cosmetic.
– Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are only eligible for replacements, not refunds.
– Damages resulting from mishandling by the user are not covered by this policy.
– Once your exchange request is approved, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
Du Jour Cosmetic reserves all rights regarding replacements, returns, and refunds. Generally, items may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery only if they meet specific conditions.
Refurn Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
